Korrosionsbeständigkeit von Monel 400:

Monel400-Legierung hat eine ausgezeichnete Korrosionsbeständigkeit in Fluorgas, Salzsäure,

Schwefelsäure, Flusssäure und ihre Derivate.

Es hat eine bessere Korrosionsbeständigkeit als eine Kupferbasislegierung in Meerwasser.

Säuremedium:

Monel400 ist in weniger als 85% iger Schwefelsäure korrosionsbeständig.
